Since time immemorial, olive trees guard the placid hills of Lamole.
Every year, they give us the golden nectar that, drop after drop, enhances the most authentic flavuors of our cusine.

Schist and sandstone marl.

Breeding system

Polyconic vase and bushy vase.

Olive harvest period

15th November – 15th december.

Crushing

Pressing at room temperature with modern system.
The hand-picked olives are transferred to small crates and kept for a day in a well-ventilated area to facilitate their drying. The final product is then filtered to guarantee a duration of about two years.

The golden nuance, the intense aromas and the spicy notes reveal a complete and elegant profile.

Gastronomic combinations

Ideal on soups and soups course, on elaborate main dishes and meat dishes; heavenly Florentine steak.
